It’s almost here!
Our 6 day 4th of July camping trip is almost here and we couldn’t be more excited! I’ll have more on that later, but for now I need to get all of these recipe out to you that you’ll need for the free camping meal plan!
Hopefully, you have something fun planned, whether it be a back yard BBQ, taking in a fireworks display, or even a full-blown family vacation like we do!
Whatever you have planned, I hope that you’re able to get away from work, focus on family, and enjoy the day!
Since we have more of an extravaganza planned, I’ve got to get going on this recipe. It’s really very simple but it’s a combo I’ve really come to love.
Campfire Potatoes & Sausage fall under the umbrella of “Hobo Meals” also known as “Foil Packet Meals.” Not only do they taste amazing, they’re easy to prep, cook, and eat. To me, they’re the epitome of what I try to achieve with our camping meals: they’re taste, cheap and simple. Everyone – including the kids – are happy!
Let’s get to the recipe, but very quickly: if you want to be notified when the 6-day Meal Plan goes live (it’s free!) sign up here. It will include not only the meal plan, but recipes, a prep checklist and a shopping list too! Don’t miss out – sign up to be first on the list!
